Mr. LaRoche, a North Miami native, pursued his Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Great Bethune Cookman University, leading him to a fulfilling role as a social worker in Broward County. Advocating for at-risk youth sparked his passion for becoming an attorney, a calling he answered by earning his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.
Through internships at the Public Defender's Office and the United States District Court, Mr. LaRoche solidified his commitment to bridging the gap for the underrepresented. As a trial attorney at the Miami-Dade Public Defender Office, he refined his advocacy skills before transitioning to civil law, excelling in litigating insurance and personal injury claims, and fighting tenaciously against insurance companies for rightful compensation. Mr. LaRoche stands as a dedicated advocate, shouldering the burdens of those wrongfully injured or facing mishandled insurance claims, guiding them with unwavering support.

Ms. Atwell graduated Cum Laude from the prestigious Benjamin L. Crump College of Law at St. Thomas University. Beyond the courtroom, Traci's proactive engagement shines, with 500+ pro bono hours and impactful mentoring through the Peter R. Palermo Mentorship Program.
From advocating civil rights as a Law Fellow for the Florida Conference NAACP to her insights gained as a Judicial Intern, Traci's holistic approach sets her apart. As an Assistant State Attorney, Traci's unwavering pursuit of justice ensures exemplary representation and a commanding presence in jury trials.

Maher Saeih
Maher Saieh, CFO, is a Miami native with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University in 2013. With extensive experience in finance, including Wealth Management and Private Equity, he has overseen $3 billion in assets and served as a CFO in various industries like healthcare, technology, and insurance.
Maher excels in driving growth through initiatives like Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring, and Capital Offerings. He holds the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Designation since 2017. In his spare time, Maher is an avid runner, kayaker, and devoted volunteer for local charities.

Ronnie Herrera
Ronnie was born and raised in Miami, FL to a Cuban native family. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. He grew up in a big family that taught him how to be an independent and diligent hard worker.
Ronnie’s previous eight (8) years of experience as a legal assistant has given him the skill-set needed to provide the best quality of service when servicing our Property Insurance clients. He is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and attention to detail to our clients from the inception to the settlement of each case.
Outside of LaRoche Legal, you can find Ronnie spending time with his loved ones. When Ronnie isn’t entrenched in the latest novel you can find him exploring new movies and TV shows. Ronnie has a deeply rooted passion for the arts and enjoys listening to music and attending concerts when he can.

As a Miami Native, born into a large Haitian family, Terese set out to be different by making a name for herself. Here at LaRoche Legal Terese uses her life experiences, commitment to excellence, and vigorous drive to ensure that she can also make a difference in all of our clients’ cases.

Ms. Quadri, is a Miami native who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
Some of the qualities that Ms. Quadri possesses a keen eye for detail which enables her to provide the utmost care and attention to all of our clients’ cases. Ms. Quadri is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, as she is there with our clients every step of the way.
During her leisure time, she spends time volunteering at community youth centers, provides tutoring services to children and actively engages in philanthropic activities.
